توظيف التعليم الهجين في تنمية مهارات التدريس الرقمي والمواطنة الرقمية لدى طالبات الاقتصاد المنزلي بالدراسات العليا واتجاهاتهن نحو منصة الإدمودو التعليمية

    تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى توظيف نظام التعليم الهجين في تنمية بعض مهارات التدريس الرقمي لدي طالبات الاقتصاد المنزلي بالدراسات العليا، کما تسعى إلى تنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لديهن، وقياس اتجاهاتهن نحو استخدام منصة الإدمودو التعليمية؛ ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف قامت الباحثة بتوظيف نظام التعليم الهجين باستخدام منصة الإدمودو التعليمية، واتبعت الباحثة التصميم شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة في القياسين القبلي/البعدى لمتغيرات الدراسة، وتم اختيار مجموعة الدراسة بطريقة عمدية من طالبات الفرقة الثانية دبلوم خاص تخصص(اقتصاد منزلي)، وعددهن(26طالبة)، وقد تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار مهارات التدريس الرقمي، وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التدريس الرقمي، ومقياس المواطنة الرقمية، ومقياس الإتجاه نحو استخدام منصة الإدمودو التعليمية، وقد أسفر البحث عن النتائج الآتية: توظيف التعليم الهجين أسهم في تنمية مهارات التدريس الرقمي بمکونيه(المعرفي، والتطبيقي) لدي طالبات الدراسات العليا بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي، کما أسهم في تنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لديهن، وإتجاهاتهن نحو منصة الإدمودو التعليمية، وفي ضوء تلک النتائج أوصت الباحثة: بضرورة تطوير برامج إعداد معلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي سواء أثناء إعدادها بالدراسة الجامعية أو بالدراسات العليا لتتمشي مع متطلبات القرن(21)، وأدوارها المستقبلية، والاستفادة من الإتجاهات التربوية الحديثة في مجال التدريس الرقمي، والإعتماد على المنصات التعليمية، التي تؤکد على الدور الايجابي النشط للمتعلم، والعمل علي تحقيق التنمية المهنية الإلکترونية لهن وتدريبهن على تقنيات ومهارات التدريس الرقمي.

 Abstract:
    The current study seeks to employ hybrid education system in developing some digital teaching skills among female graduate students of home economics. It also seeks to develop their digital citizenship values, and measure their attitudes towards using an educational platform "Edmodo". To achieve these goals, the researcher built a training program based on hybrid education system using an  educational platform "Edmodo"; To achieve this goal, the researcher followed the quasi-experimental design with a single group (pretest-posttest) and the study group was chosen in a deliberate manner from the students of the second year, a special diploma specializing in (home economics), their number is (26 students), and the study instruments consisted of digital teaching skills test, an obsrevation sheet for students’ performance of digital teaching skills, a digital citizenship scale, and an attitude  scale towards using an educational platform "Edmodo", The research resulted in the following results: Employing hybrid education using an educational platform  "Edmodo" contributed to develop cognitive and applied digital teaching skills among female home economics students in postgraduate studies, and also contributed to develop their digital citizenship values, and their attitudes towards an educational platform "Edmodo" and in light of those Results The researcher recommended: It is necessary to develop programs for preparing  undergraduate  or current graduate studies home economics teacher, whether during their preparation in to comply with the requirements of the twenty-first century, and their future roles, and to take advantage of modern educational trends in the field of digital teaching, by relying on educational platforms, that Emphasizes the active positive role of learners, holding in-service training courses for home economics teachers in the various academic stages to achieve electronic professional development for them and training them in digital teaching techniques and skills.
