التحول الرقمي في التعليم (الوعود والمحاذير)

التربية من نهضة الأمة كالرأس من الجسد، والحضارة في تقدمها أو تخلفها تعبير عن حالة تربوية، فقصة تطور التربية وانعطافاتها الكبيرة، هي في بعد من أبعادها الأساسية قصة تحول من نمط إداري تقليدي إلى نمط إداري جديد، وإن استجابة النظام التعليمي لمتغيرات العصر هو دليل دامغ على جودة النظام التعليمي ووجوده على المسار الصحيح طالما أن هذه المتغيرات لا تتعارض مع الثوابت والقيم، وأهم هذه المتغيرات في هذا العصر هي التكنولوجيا الرقمية، ولم يعد الاستجابة للتحول الرقمي ترفاً إدارياً أو متعة فكرية، بل أضحي ضرورة حتمية فرضتها معطيات العصر وتحدياته، ولا شك أن تقدير المصالح الإنسانية أمر نسبي، ولا توجد خبرة إنسانية تخلوا من المصالح والمفاسد، ومدار الحكم عليها يقتضي تحليلها بموضوعية وإبراز ما تتضمنه من مصالح ومفاسد، والتعليم أحد أكثر الميادين التي تأثرت بالتكنولوجيا الرقمية، ومن هنا تحددت قضية الدراسة في استعراض التكنولوجيا الرقمية في ميادين التعليم والكشف عن وعودها على العملية التعليمية وتحديد محاذيرها على العملية ذاتها، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل التحول الرقمي في التعليم، وإلى إبراز وعوده للعملية التعليمية، وتحديد محاذيره. وقد انتهجت الورقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك في تحليل التحول الرقمي في العملية التعليمية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي في العملية التعليمية قد حقق الكثير من الوعود التي تعمل على ارتقاء العملية التعليمية، وضمان تكافؤ الفرص والتعلم الذاتي والتعلم المستمر، ورغم ذلك قد انزوى التحول الرقمي عن المأمول منه في بعض الجوانب التي مثلت محاذير يجب مواجهتها وتحييدها حتى نضمن للتعليم نجاحه في إعمار الأرض وإصلاحها، ورصدت الدراسة بعض الآليات التي تحقق أعلى فائدة من التحول الرقمي وبأقل أضرار، وجاءت أهم هذه الآليات متمثلة في التعامل مع التكنولوجيا الرقمية كداعم للمؤسسات التعليمية التقليدية وليس بديلا عنها، وتوصي الورقة البحثية بضرورة الاستفادة من إيجابيات التحول الرقمي والتعامل معه كأداة مساعدة في عملية التعليم والتعلم على أن يتناغم مع المرتكزات والمبادئ التعليمية الإسلامية والوطنية، كما توصي بمزيد من البحوث التي تتناول تأثر جوانب العملية التعليمية بالتحول الرقمي إيجابا وسلبا.

     The study aimed to analyze the digital transformation in education, highlight its promises to the educational process, and identify its caveats. The paper followed the descriptive and analytical approach in analyzing the digital transformation in the educational process.
    The study concluded that the digital transformation in the educational process has achieved a lot of promises that work to upgrade the educational process, and ensure equal opportunities, self-learning and continuous learning, although the digital transformation has departed from the hoped for in some aspects that represented caveats that must be faced and neutralized in order to ensure that education succeeds in the reconstruction and reform of the earth, and the study monitored some of the mechanisms that achieve the highest benefit from digital transformation and with the least damage, and the most important of these mechanisms was to deal with Digital technology as a supporter of traditional educational institutions and not a substitute for them.
    The research paper recommends the need to take advantage of the advantages of digital transformation and deal with it as an auxiliary tool in the process of teaching and learning in harmony with Islamic and national educational pillars and principles and recommends further research that addresses the impact of aspects of the educational process on digital transformation positively and negatively.
