تكنولوجيا التعليم مدخل لتطوير التعليم وتحقيق جودته

التعليم هو أحد المحركات الرئيسة للتنمية، ويشهد عالم اليوم تغيرات وانتقالات كبيرة أحدثها التطور التكنولوجي ووسائل الاتصال المتطورة وما يرتبط بها من تطبيقات، هذا وضع التربويين أمام ضرورة ملحة فرضت تطوير العملية التعليمية ورفع مستويات جودة مخرجاتها . وحيث تعرّف تكنولوجيا التعليم على أنها التقنيات والوسائل المرتبطة بأجهزة الحاسوب وبشبكة الانترنت العالمية، التي يتم توظيفها في العملية التعليمية من التخطيط إلى التنفيذ، وصولاً إلى تقويم عناصر العملية التعليمية. فإن توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم يكون بهدف إكساب الطالب الخريج مجموعة من الكفايات التي تجعل منه منتجا ذا جودة عالية، وتحقيق جودة المعلم من خلال حسن تأهيله العلمي وتمكينه من أدواته وكفاياته ومهاراته التدريسية والمهنية، وتحسين المناهج والمقررات الدراسية بإعداد المقررات الإلكترونية، وفي تصميم التعليم، وتصميم عملية التدريس  واستخدام استراتيجيات تدريس تشرك المتعلم في تعلمه، وتحسين المقدرة الإدارية للمديرين على اتخاذ القرارات وعلى الاتصالات الإدارية وعلى القيادة، وتحسين المناخ الإداري مع إعادة هيكلة الإدارة التعليمية، وتوصيف الوظائف بشكل جيد ومراجعة التشريعات المتعلقة بنظم العمل وغيرها، مع فسح المجال لاستخدام التكنولوجيا الإدارية، وهذا يتطلب توفير مجموعة من المتطلبات من أهمها توفير البنية التحتية اللازمة والموارد المادية والفنية والمالية لذلك.

Education is one of the main drivers of development, and today's world is witnessing major changes and transitions brought about by technological development, advanced means of communication and related applications. Where educational technology is defined as the techniques and means associated with computers and the World Wide Web, which are employed in the educational process from planning to implementation, up to evaluating the elements of the educational process. Employing educational technology is aimed at providing the graduate student with a set of competencies that make him a high-quality product, and achieving the quality of the teacher through his good scientific qualification and empowering him with his tools, competencies, and teaching and professional skills, and improving the curricula and courses by preparing electronic courses, in designing education, and designing the process Teaching and using teaching strategies that involve the learner in his learning, improving the administrative ability of managers to make decisions, to maintain administrative communication and leadership, to improve the administrative climate with the restructuring of the educational administration, to describe jobs well and to review legislation related to work systems and others, while allowing the use of administrative technology, and this Providing a set of requirements, the most important of which is providing the necessary infrastructure and material, technical and financial resources for that.
