تطوير برنامج تدريبي قائمة على نموذج مقترح لدمج التقنية في التدريب وفاعليته في تنمية مهارات تدريب المدربين لدي مساعدين المعلمين بمعاهد معاوني الامن بوزارة الداخلية

يهدف البحث الحالي الي دراسة تطوير برنامج تدريبي قائمة على نموذج مقترح لدمج التقنية في التدريب وفاعليته في تنمية مهارات تدريب المدربين لدي مساعدين المعلمين بمعاهد معاوني الامن بوزارة الداخلية، وذلك محاولة لإيجاد افضل برنامج تدريبي قائمة على نموذج مقترح لدمج التقنية في التدريب محولة للوصول الي افضل أداء في مهارات  تدريب المدربين لدي مساعدين المعلمين بمعاهد معاوني الامن بوزارة الداخلية، ، وقد تم الاعتماد على التصميم التجريبي القبلي لمجموعة واحدة؛ ، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (9) مدربين؛ طبق عليهم كل من: اختبار تحصيلي للجانب المعرفي وكذلك بطاقة ملاحظة للجانب المهاري لمهارات تدريب المدربين”، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث  بالنسبة للاختبار التحصيلي عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في اختبار مهارات  تدريب المدربين لدي مساعدين المعلمين بمعاهد معاوني الامن بوزارة الداخلية لصالح القياس البعدي، وبالنسبة لبطاقة الملاحظة فقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المدربين في الاداء القبلي والبعدي في معدل أداء مهارات تدريب المدربين لدي مساعدين المعلمين بمعاهد معاوني الامن بوزارة الداخلية يرجع للتأثير الأساسي لنموذج تدريبي مقترح لدمج التقنية في تنمية مهارات تدريب المدربين مساعدين المعلمين بمعاهد معاوني الامن بوزارة لصالح القياس البعدي، وهذا يعنى فاعلية نموذج تدريبي مقترح لدمج التقنية في تنمية مهارات تدريب المدربين لدي مساعدين المعلمين بمعاهد معاوني الامن بوزارة الداخلية.

Abstract:
The current research aims to study the development of a training program based on a proposed model to integrate technology in training and its effectiveness in developing the training skills of trainers to the assistant teachers in the institutes of security assistants in the Ministry of Interior, in an attempt to find the best training program based on a proposed model to integrate technology into training, transformed to reach the best performance in the  training skills  of trainers in the training skills of  teachers assistants in the institutes of security assistants in the Ministry of Interior The tribal experimental design of one group has been relied upon, and the   research sample was made up of (9)    trainers;   I have assistant teachers in the institutes of security assistants in the Ministry of Interior in favor of the remote measurement, and for the note card the results resulted in a statistically significant difference between the average grades  of trainers in tribal and remote performance in the performance of  the training skills of trainers of teachers assistants in the institutes of security assistants in the Ministry of Interior due to the  main impact of A proposed training model to integrate technology into the development of training skills of trainers assistant teachers in the institutes of security assistants in the Ministry of Remote Measurement, which means  the effectiveness of a proposed training model to integrate the technology in the development of the training skills of trainers of teachers assistants in the institutes of security assistants in the Ministry of Interior.
