بناء بيئة الكترونية مقترح قائمة على مكتبات في ضوء الجيل الرابع من الجامعات واثارها في تنمية مهارات إدارة المعرفة والمكتبات الرقمية لدي طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم

هدف البحث الحالي إلى " بناء بيئة الكترونية مقترح قائمة علي مكتبات الجامعات المصرية في ضوء الجيل الرابع من الجامعات واثارها في تنمية مهارات إدارة المعرفة والمكتبات الرقمية لدي طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم " وذلك عن طريق وضع الملامح العامة لنظم المكتبات في ضوء الجيل الرابع للجامعات أو ما يسمي بالجيل الرابع من المكتبات الرقمية Library0.4 عن طريق تحديد ملامح المكتبات في الجيل الرابع من الجامعات من خلال تحليل الأدبيات والبحوث السابقة في مجال المكتبات وتطورها لمعرفة خصائصها وبنيتها وعلاقتها بمجتمع الباحثين والخبراء وكذلك مؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة الاقتصادية والثقافية والتنموية وايضا من خلال الاطلاع علي بيئات المكتبات في جامعات العالم المختلفة حيث اطلعت الباحثة  علي 44 موقع من مواقع مكتبات الجامعات العالمية والتي اشترطت الباحثة وجودها في تصنيف أفضل الجامعات عالميا حسب تصنيف QS لعام 2020 بهدف التعرف على أدوات المكتبات Library0.4 في ضوء الجيل الرابع من الجامعات" وكذلك الوقوف علي الواقع الحالي لنظام اتحاد مكتبات الجامعات المصرية (المستقبل) لطرح تبني ذلك التصور واستخدام نتائج تلك الخطوات لتحديد المستويات المعيارية التقنية للمكتبات الرقمية ثم وضع التصور والهيكل العام المقترح لتطوير نموذجًا لمكتبات الرقمية الجامعات المصرية في ضوء الجيل الرابع من الجامعات ثم تطبيق النموذج علي عينة بحثية قوامها 40 طالب من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة قسم تكنولوجيا التعليم لقياس البيئة الكترونية المقترحة في تنمية مهارات إدارة المعرفة والمكتبات الرقمية لدي طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم واسفرة المعالجة التجريبية عن قبول صحة الفرض الأول يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسط درجات أفراد المجموعة قبلي بعدي في القياس البعدي الاختبار التحصيلي للجانب المعرفي لمهارات لإدارة المعرفة والمكتبات الرقمية لصالح القياس البعدي" وكذلك الفرض الثاني "يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات أفراد المجموعة في القياس القبلي والبعدي، في بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري لصالح القياس البعدي لعينة البحث.

Abstract:
The current research aims to develop "a proposed vision for the development of a proposed model for the development of Egyptian university libraries in the light of the fourth generation of universities in the development of digital library management skills for students of education technology" by developing the general features of library systems in the light of the fourth generation of universities or the so-called fourth generation of digital libraries Library0.4  By identifying the features of libraries in the fourth generation of universities through analysis of literature and previous research in the field of libraries and their development to know their characteristics and structure and their relationship with the society of researchers and experts as well as various institutions of society economic, cultural and development as well as through access to library environments in different universities of the world where the researchers viewed 44 sites of libraries of international universities, which the researchers stipulated their presence in the classification of the best universities in the world according to the classification  of QS  For 2020 with the aim of identifying library tools 0.4 in the light of the fourth generation of universities" as well as to identify the current reality of the system of the Union of Egyptian University Libraries (Future) to put forward the adoption of that vision and use the results of those steps to determine the technical standard levels of digital libraries and then develop the vision and proposed general structure to develop a model for digital libraries Egyptian universities in light of the fourth generation of universities  Then apply the model to a research sample of 40 students of the 4th Division Department of Education Technology to measure the effectiveness of the model in the development of digital library management skills of students of education technology and the result of experimental treatment resulting in the acceptance of the validity of the first imposition there is a statistically d difference at the level (0.01) between the average grades of the members of the group tribal after me in the distance measurement attainment test of the cognitive aspect of library management skills in favor of distance measurement."  The second hypothesis is that "there is a statistically d difference between the average score of the group members in tribal and remote measurement, in the skill performance note card in favor of the remote measurement of the search sample.
