تصميم تطبيق إلکتروني باستخدام الاجهزه اللوحيه لتنمية قيم المواطنه لدى أطفال ماقبل المدرسه

استهدف البحث الحالي تصميم تطبيق إلکتروني باستخدام الأجهزة اللوحية وذلک لتنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى اطفال ماقبل المدرسة، تم الإعتماد على التصميم شبه التجريبي المعروف باسم:"التصميم القبلي البعدي بإستخدام مجموعتين متکافئتين أحدأهما تجريبية والآخري ضابطة حيث تم إختيار أفراد العينة بطريقة عشوائية، وتقسيمها إلي مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية والآخرى ضابطة، وتم تطبيق أدوات القياس (مقياس المواطنه) قبلياً على المجموعتين قبل التجربة ثم تعرضت المجموعة التجريبية فقط للمتغير المستقل (التطبيق الإلکتروني)، وبعد الإنتهاء من التجربة تم تطبيق مقياس المواطنه بعديا على المجموعتين.، تکونت مجموعة البحث من 60 طفل وطفلة من  المستوي الثاني (5-6) سنوات لرياض الأطفال التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعلىم بالدقهلية تکونت کل مجموعة من (30) طفل وطفله، تمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس مواطنه، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقباس المواطنه لصالح التطبيق البعدي، کما اسفر البحث عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوي  ≥  (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطه في التطبيق البعدي لمقباس المواطنه لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يعني فاعلىة التطبيق الإلکتروني وترجع الباحثة هذه النتيجة الي  ان الأجهزه اللوحيه الذکية تتسم بالمرونه والجاذبية وتحقيق الأهداف التربوية، وترکز على التعلم نشط وتفاعل المتعلم وايجابيته،و في ضوء مااسفر عنه البحث من نتائج اوصا الباحثان بضرورة تدريب معلمات الروضه على تنمية ابعاد وجوانب المواطنه لدى الأطفال، تبصير اولياء الامور بتوضيح ماهية المواطنه وابعادها وکيفية تنميتها لدى الأطفال، تطويع التقنيات الحديثه من کمبيوتر وانترنت وهواتف ذکيه لتنميه القيم والمفاهيم لدى الأطفال،توفير مناخ تربوي ديمقراطي يساعد على تنمية قيم المواطنه في المواقف الحياتيه المختلفة لطفل ماقبل المدرسه. کما اوصت اعادة صياغة أهداف مرحلة رياض الطفال بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المجتمع في ضوء التطور العلمي والتکنولوجي الذي يشهده ها العالم.
Abstract
The current research aimed to design an electronic application using tablets in order to develop the values ​​of digital citizenship for pre-school children. The quasi-experimental design known as: “The tribal and post-test design was relied upon using two equal groups, one of them is experimental and the other is control, where the sample members were randomly selected, and divided into two groups. An experimental group and the other a control group, and the measurement tools (citizenship scale) were previously applied to the two groups before the experiment, then the experimental group was exposed only to the independent variable (electronic application), and after completing the experiment, the citizenship scale was subsequently applied to the two groups., The research group consisted of 60 boys and girls From the second level (5-6) years for kindergarten affiliated to the Ministry of Education in Dakahlia, each group consisted of (30) children. The pre and post application of the citizenship scale in favor of the post application, and the research also resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level ≥ (0.05) between the mean scores of A. The children of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the citizenship scale for the benefit of the experimental group, which means the effectiveness of the electronic application. The researcher returns this result to the fact that smart tablets are flexible and attractive and achieve educational goals, and focus on active learning and learner interaction and positivity, and in light of the results of the research from Results The researchers recommended the necessity of training kindergarten teachers to develop the dimensions and aspects of citizenship in children, enlightening parents by clarifying what citizenship is and its dimensions and how to develop it in children, adapting modern technologies such as computers, the Internet and smart phones to develop values ​​and concepts in children, providing a democratic educational climate that helps develop the values ​​of citizenship In the different life situations of a pre-school child. It also recommended reformulating the objectives of the kindergarten stage to suit the needs of society in light of the scientific and technological development witnessed by the world.
