درجة استعداد معلّمي اللُّغة الإنجليزيّة لتوظيف مواقع التّواصل الاجتماعيّ في التّدريس ومعوقات استخدامها في البترا

 هدفت الدّراسة استقصاء درجة استعداد معلّمي اللُّغة الإنجليزيّة في توظيف شبکات التّواصل الاجتماعيّ في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية ومعوقات استخدامها في البترا، وتحقيقاً لأهدف الدّراسة تم تطوير أداتين: أداة قياس درجة الاستعداد ((TPACK والتي تکونت من (67) فقرة موزعة على (7) مجالات، وأداة قياس المعوقات التي تحد من توظيف مواقع التّواصل الاجتماعيّ في التّدريس، وتمّ التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. کما استخدم نشرة تعريفية توضح مفهوم مواقع التّواصل الاجتماعيّ وطريقة توظيفها في التّدريس. وتمّ تطبيقها على عينة مکوّنة من (51) معلماً ومعلمة من معلّمي اللُّغة الإنجليزيّة في البترا، وبعد تطبيق الأداة أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين المتوسط الحسابي لدرجات أفراد عينة الدّراسة على النشرة التعريفية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على جميع المجالات وعلى المستوى الکلي لصالح القياس البعدي، کما أظهرت النتائج أنّ معوقات توظيف شبکات التّواصل الاجتماعيّ في تعلّم اللُّغة الإنجليزيّة تقع في مستوى مرتفع، وأظهرت نتائج تحليل التباين المصاحب لدرجة استعداد المعلمين لتوظيف مواقع التواص الاجتماعي في التدريس، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس على المستوى الکلي وفي جميع المحاور ما عدا محوري (معرفة التربية، ومعرفة المحتوى)، ولصالح المعلّمين، بينما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة استعداد معلّمي اللُّغة الإنجليزيّة  في البترا لتوظيف مواقع التّواصل الاجتماعيّ في التّدريس تعزى لمتغيري (سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي).  وفي ضوء ما توصلت اليه الدّراسة من نتائج، توصي الدراسة بعمل ورشات تدريبية للمعلمين لتمکينهم من توظيف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التدريس بشکل فاعل، ومعالجة المعوقات التي تواجه توظيف شبکات التّواصل الاجتماعيّ في تعلّم اللُّغة الإنجليزيّة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم وذلک من خلال توفير ما يلزم لمعالجتها، واجراء المزيد من الأبحاث حول توظيف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لتدريس مواد اخرى.

 Abstract
   This study aimed to investigate The English Teachers’ Readiness Degree for Implementing Social Network Sites in Teaching in Petra, and the study also aimed to identify the obstacles limiting the use of social media in learning English language and then to suggest the appropriate solutions to activate their usage. To achieve the goals of the study, two tools were developed: the readiness degree questionnaire (TPACK) that consisted of 67 items distributed on seven dimensions, the obstacles questionnaire, and a brochure that explain the concept of social networks sites and how to employ them in English language teaching. They were checked for validities and reliabilities. The readiness extent scale was administered to a sample of 51 male and female English language teachers in Petra Directorate of Education. After the application of the scale, results showed significant differences between the means of the participants' scores on the introductory bulletin in both the pre and post applications overall dimensions and at the total level in favor of the post application. Results also indicated that the obstacles for employing Social Media Networks in learning English language came at a high level, and the ANOVA analysis indicated significant statistical differences that are attributed to the variable of gender at the total level and in all dimensions except for both the Pedagogical Knowledge and Content Knowledge dimensions and these differences were in favor of male teachers. In addition, the results indicated no significant statistical differences in English language teachers' readiness in Petra in employing social media networks in teaching that are attributed to the years of experience and the educational qualification variables. In light of the results, the study recommended following up those training workshops should be held for teachers to enable them to employ social networking sites in teaching effectively, and finding out the solutions to the obstacles that facing social networking employment in learning the English language by the Ministry of Education, by providing what is necessary to solve them , and do more researches on employing social media to teach other subjects.
