تحديات استخدام التعليم عن بُعد في ضوء الازمات من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية (ازمة کورونا أنموذجاً )

     هدف البحث الى الکشف عن أبرز التحديات في استخدام التعليم عن بُعد في ضوء ازمة کورونا والتعرف على مقترحات التغلب عليها من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية ، وقد تکونت عينة البحث من (334) معلمه من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة ابها، وللکشف عن تحديات استخدام التعليم عن بُعد في ضوء ازمة کورونا ومقترحات التغلب عليها تم اعداد  استبانة مکونه من (37) عبارة توزعت على ثلاثة محاور (تحديات استخدام التعليم عن بُعد المرتبطة بالطالبة والمعلمة - تحديات استخدام التعليم عن بُعد المرتبطة بالجانب الإداري والمالي- تحديات استخدام التعليم عن بُعد المرتبطة بالجانب التقني والفني) ، وتم التأکد من صدق وثبات اداه البحث ( الاستبانة)  باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون (Pearson Correlation) للتأکد من صدق الاتساق الداخلي لمحاور الأداة ، و باستخدام معامل ثبات ألفا کرونباخ (Cranach's alpha) للتأکد من ثبات الاستبانة، ولتحليل نتائج البحث تم استخدام المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري للکشف عن أبرز التحديات في استخدام التعليم عن بُعد في ضوء ازمة کورونا، واستخدام التکرارات والنسب المئوية للتعرف على مقترحات افراد العينة للتغلب على تحديات استخدام التعليم عن بُعد في ضوء ازمة کورونا، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث ان التحديات المرتبطة بالجانب التقني والفني، جاءت في الترتيب الأول في تحديات استخدام التعليم عن بُعد ، بينما جاءت التحديات المرتبطة بالجانب الإداري والمالي في الترتيب الثاني ، وجاءت التحديات المرتبطة بالطالبة والمعلمة في الترتيب الثالث ، کما أظهرت النتائج ان ابرز المقترحات للتغلب عل هذه التحديات توفير شبکه انترنت قويه في القرى والمناطق النائية، وحل مشکلة الانقطاع المتکرر لشبکة الانترنت، وتقليص المحتوى بالمناهج والترکيز على المهارات والمواد الأساسية ، وإقامة دورات مکثفة للهيئة التعليمية والإدارية على تقنيات التعليم عن بُعد ، وإقامة دورات تدريبية للطلاب واولياء الأمور على کيفية استخدام المنصة والتيمز، کما قدم البحث بعض  المقترحات والتوصيات ابرزها ضرورة توفير البنية التحتية التقنية اللازمة لاستخدام التعليم عن بُعد ، ونشر ثقافة التعليم عن بُعد ومعالجة جوانب القصور في التجربة الحالية لزيادة فعالية استخدام التعليم عن بُعد مستقبلاً.
 
Abstract:
     The aim of the research is to reveal the most significant challenges in the use of distance education in light of the Corona pandemic and to identify proposals to overcome them from the point of view of primary school teachers. The research category included (334) teachers from primary school teachers in Abha city. In order to reveal the challenges of using distance education in light of the Corona pandemic and proposals to overcome them, a questionnaire was prepared including (37) phrases distributed into three topics (challenges of using distance education related to the student and the teacher - challenges of using distance education related to the administrative and financial aspect - challenges of using distance education related to the technical and vocational aspect. The validity and reliability of the research instrument (the questionnaire) was verified by using the Pearson Correlation coefficient to verify the validity of the internal consistency of the questionnaire topics, and by using Cranach's alpha reliability coefficient to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire. In order to analyze the results of the research, the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation were used to reveal the most significant challenges in the use of distance education in light of the Corona pandemic, and the use of iterations and percentages to identify the proposals of the members of category to overcome the challenges of using distance education in light of the Corona pandemic. Furthermore, the results of the research showed that the challenges related to the technical and vocational aspect came first in the challenges of using distance education, while the challenges related to the administrative and financial aspect came in the second position, and the challenges related to the student and teacher came in the third position. Also, the results showed that the most significant proposals to overcome these challenges are to provide a strong internet network in villages and remote areas, solve the problem of frequent internet interruptions, reduce content in curricula and focus on basic skills and materials, organize intensive courses for the educational and administrative staff on distance education techniques, and organize training courses for students and parents on how to use the platform and the Teams. Furthermore, the research also presented some proposals and recommendations, the most significant of which is the need to provide the technical infrastructure required for the use of distance education, promote the culture of distance education and address the shortcomings of the current experience to increase the effectiveness of the use of distance education in the future.
